I've been given an essay simply entitled, "...after the war." It's the strangest title I've ever been given. I don't really know where to start. I'm not too keen on writing about the Second World War because I think loads of people are going to do that, and also I want to keep it personal. I was not involved in World War II, so any story I would write about that would come off a bit fake.
