My final project is to create a huge self-portrait representing time on bfk paper with charcoal. I have to sketch ten ideas and I'm hitting a brick wall. Time can be represented in multiple frames or in a single frame. Some examples were a guy drinking coffee, each frame the cup being drawn up to his mouth. The others were really complex. I'm artsy but new to charcoal and perceptual drawing. Any ideas? Help!
