For my art class, I have to make a fish out of garbage and junk! The only thing she said was use bottle caps and junk to make a fish! I can't think of any other things; or how to decorate or design the fish! I don't even know what garbage folkart fish thing is! Just come up with ideas or pictures of easy fish that would be good to make out of garbage!
