Ideas for a business proposal?

Hi everyone, for a summer class I'm taking I need to write a business proposal that is to be 5 pages or less. I've done a lot of sales and marketing in the past with jobs and internships I've had, so I understand the basics behind writing it. However, my trouble right now is finding a solid idea to write about. This is to be fictional. It can be any sort of service or product. Do you have any ideas that I can go on to write my proposal about? Thanks in advance.
