I parly own a hookah lounge in Vegas and will be throwing my 21st birthday party there, already sent out invites but would like some ideas (i have 2 DJ's) maybe themes? decorations? (We have disco lights and black lights and blacklight paint on the walls) its not really in that great of a location but i got word out and a lot of people are coming. Any ideas on how to make this party the best (its $10 all you can smoke so super cheap too)
