Long story short, I went a little overboard with eating during the past 2 months, and subsequently added 10lbs to my previously 100lb self. I unfortunately have an important event in 2 weeks time, and I need to lose those 10lbs...FAST.
So naturally I have no time to lose weight the old-fashioned way. What in your opinion is the most effective crash diet/calorie range and combined exercise routine to lose that much weight in the allotted time?
Answers telling me to diet and exercise normally/crash diets are BAD DONT U NO?!!?!/anorexic comments/troll comments are useless.
