There may be no point. But that is not going to stop Hollywood! It is scheduled for a 2010 release.

I notice much of the press stems from last summer, so it may not happen at all.

At least the press was saying that it would remain a British-themed film with top British actors. And that Euan Lloyd will be an exec. producer...

As a massive WG fan, I dont want a remake, but if so, then a mixture of the Stathams and Jones's with actors like Owen, Craig, Bale, Isaacs is a must. With a few mature actors such as Brian Cox, James Cosmo etc etc...

In fact we have plenty of top young/young-ish actors who could do this film.
