Idea for a costume party - its for a sweet 16 ?

i need ideas for a theme for a Sweet 16 party
i dont really care about decroating and stuff but it has to be something you can dress up for really well

best costume party idea??
 
tu tus and leg warmers usually look fab

also the theme could be a neon party which
means floresant colours and things xxx
 
- pink and black party were kids wear pink and black
- toga party
( Most kids just wanna have fun and dance to music and play games or have some kinda entertainment)
 
go to a store called bang-on and get a sexy nurse, or a sexy superwoman or a tinker-bell costume, i dont know what your in to .
