ok so ive gotten myself into quite a pickle. im 20 yrs old and have 1 son and am prego again. i was going to get an abortion (considering my stupid choice of dating a 16 yr old) and decided i was going to keep it and give it up for adoption to my sisters best friend who cant have kids. and that was the only reason i decided to keep it because im not ready to raise a baby alone and him being so young i know i will get no help from him. anyways im trying to break up with him because hes starting to become violent towards me. he hasn't actually hit me yet but i can see it coming. and today his mom was threatening me with statutory rape and saying that she will push charges if i try to give the baby away. obviously him being a minor he has no say. and the parents have little from what i hear. so im just wondering if they really can stop me and can push for stat rape. i mean really he should be charged with rape because there have been plenty of times i said no and he thought it was a joke and did it anyways and i would just stare at the wall...sooo im not really sure where to go from here...any HELPFUL ideas would be great. i really don't need any more put downs. i already know it was stupid. he is the only minor i have dated or done anything with just for this reason. and he told me he was going to be 18 on jan 1st. this boy is a manipulative liar.
