A small tip, never ask if they are hiring. It's ok at a sh!tty place like McDonalds and BK, Hometown is kind of in the middle, you can probably ask and even if they aren't make sure you fill out an app. The only thing I think you need is to be 18+ for cashier, don't think HS diploma is necessary.
 
requirements to work there? There are a couple of these restaurants nearby where I live(Anaheim, CA)
I'm 18, have a HS diploma, Bilingual, Computer skills, Communication skills but no past "real" job experience just baby sitting. I'm going to go this week to ask them in person if they are hiring just wanted to know what are their requirements(they don't say on their official website.)
