...(cheapest) place to start? The car is completely stock. I've seen cheap chips and resistors and tuners on ebay. Has anyone actually seen results from those? I can swap out the air filter with a K&N, should help I guess. I've heard changing the MAF, converting to a cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust are all good. Anything else I could do for under 300 bucks?
 
Remove the air filter
Puncture the oil filter internally
Puncture the fuel filter internally
