Okay.....is it just me or do anyone else think that sports are overrated??? I say that because I live in Cleveland, and just in case some people aren't aware, but the Cleveland Public School District have just agreed about 3 weeks ago to lay off more than 700 teachers due to none or lack of funding for our city schools. (I already think they are full of sugar honey ice tea) However, I look on television and every 5 minutes I hear about Lebron James, who I don't have a problem with, but I do have a problem with increasing his salary to get him to stay in cleveland. These sports players are being payed millions of dollars. Some grossing 40 million dollars to PLAY basketball, and these teachers have worked their whole lives to get an education to be what, laid off because of quote on quote "lack of funding". I don't get it....I think our priorities are a little mixed up here!!!! Don't any of you think....or is it just me????
