I've had a miserable time trying to discover the whereabouts of my fathers birthplace. We are led to beleive Sep 1909 he was born but can't find him or his parents in any English/Welsh census. I have his wartime ID card, where would I get this decoded so I could find where he's from and maybe his correct date of birth.
