Ick, I don't understand this paragraph on Russell Brand's book, "My booky wook"?

"When I'd arrived the day before, the counsellors had taken away my copy of the Guardian, as there was a depiction of the Venus de Milo on the front page of the Culture section, but let me keep the Sun, which obviously had page 3 lovley. What kind of pervert police force censors a truncated sculpture but lets Keeley Hazell pass without a question? 'Blimey, this devious swine's got a picture of a concrete bird with no arms - hanging's too good for him, to the incinerator!"

Anybody explain what that basically says? I think I need a Russell Brand translator to be honest.

He's basically saying the way the clinic was run was messed up because they let him have a picture of a naked woman (page 3 sun) and yet he wasn't allowed the Guardian because it had the Venus de Milo on it, also a naked woman but made of concrete and a piece of art.
