The Federal Government has the right to suspend criminal enforcement if they believe that the investigation happened outside of the constitution.

My Grandparents were from Germany and legally immigrated here legally and became Americans. Until the day they died, they never said they were "German-Americans", but rather Americans.

they have estimates of 500k-1million illegal mexicans in the state of AZ...Which doesn't seem like a lot...other than there is only 6.5million residents...
 
I still stand by my suggestion I put out a year ago.


Put up tent cities on the border with National Guard.

Make every illegal work on a work detail for a set amount of time.



We start at New Mexico and we make them build a wall. As we go along, those people that work out their incarceration then get shoved over the border and released as we keep building towards CA.

Then they better get off the shitter and say that the AZ law is outside the Constitution and order an injunction. By not doing that, and pulling this bullshit, they aren't doing things correctly.

But the reality is, the Feds don't want to push the issue in the official venues, because they know they won't like the most probable results ... SCotUS telling the Feds that they are derelict in their responsibilities.
