I don't want those fuckers here. There's enough standing outside Home Depot on my drive to the mall.

You don't think the ICE Director had to run this by the Administration first?

You are one naive boy.

Didn't Janet Incompitano pull the funding well before this. Also, Incompitano has been calling for the resignation of Sheriff Joe Arpaio for enforcing immigration. AZ had 1 of 2 choices...They either had to force Arpaio to resign, which I mind you hes a 4 time ELECTED sheriff. Or they could tell Incompitano to shit in her hat.

ICE said they are not required to deport and they won't deport under AZ new immigration law

There is not a single plan that a majority in congress will support right now.

Not much Obama can do without congressional support. He's not going to put the army at the border, especially when there is no consensus on how to proceed.

Also, all you fucking retards equate illigal with criminal, how about we change the wording and call them unapproved aliens.
I'll give you the only fucking reason, because when they are approved they are called, and it even is printed on their green card....here it comes.....watch closely...."LEGAL RESIDENT ALIEN"! YOU DUMB FUCKING FAGGOT!

even better. drop illegals off in wealthy eliteist liberal neighborhoods, the police better not profile, they have every right to hang out there

They can just find a loophole and "defer" deportation on all illegals from AZ.

There is no set time limit that ICE has to follow to get them out of the country.

Not to mention, lolyers are going to be filing lawsuits like crazy for anyone picked up by this AZ law. Non-Profits are just waiting for the first person to come out as a "victim" of this law so they can parade them around for empathy.

There are two things to consider with the border: state border, federal border. Personally I feel the federal government has the majority of responsibility. However, you may have noticed the whole financial crisis, debt spending, and bitching that has occurred because of it. It's a money crunch and, to be blunt, politics is about deciding who gets what, where, how much, when, etc.

If Arizona is facing a crisis, taking a hardline stance against the Fed isn't going to help matters. And yes, the funding pull had nothing to do with the state itself, other than Arizona happens to be, by geography alone, placed in the spotlight.

Pretty sure it's not an issue of human resources that's stoping them.

If they sent 1,000 troops it would make a world of difference.

You literally have drug cartels killing ranchers down there......

Interesting, but I do have to ask ... Since when is it illegal for a company to hire a criminal? Forget about illegal. Is it a crime for a company to hire someone that you know is breaking the law by smoking pot at home? If it's not illegal for a company to hire someone who is a criminal in other cases, then why should it be illegal for a company to hire someone who is a criminal for being in the country illegally? If you want to change that, and make it illegal for a company to hire someone who they knowing know is a criminal, what ever the crime, that company should be fined.

But regardless of your above answer, I think that the criminal themselves should be arrested and charged no matter what, regardless of the crime. And if you are wanting to change some law, how about changing it so that the Federal government can NOT refuse to investigate someone who is possibly an illegal and if they are determined to be here illegally, MUST deport them immediately?

Fuck that, I live in a nice neighborhood with a bunch of elitist liberal pukes. I don't want their worthless ass in my area. Deport the muther fucker.
