Ice Age repeated by ITV after just one week!!

Ice Age was on ITV1 last Saturday and is being shown again this Saturday at a slightly earlier time.

Surely there must be more films in ITV's archive that could be shown!?!

Bloody hell after just one week they are putting it on again. I have never heard of a channel that repeats a film a week after it was first shown. Has it ever happened before?

I have never known a terrestrial channel like ITV1 or BBC1 to repeat a film as quickly as this. I think it is a first.

Actually I just remembered that Channel Five repeated Saving Private Ryan a couple of years ago after a week since it was shown. Many Sky movie channels must do this all the time as I am told but I don't have them channels.

Terrestrial Channels might be following in Sky Digital's footsteps.

I'm glad they are repeating it at an earlier time - give people who go out on a Saturday night the chance to watch it. It's one film i've been dying to see and was away this weekend so couldn't record it.

It may have been better to repeat it on ITV2 or on a Sunday afternoon though.

Its because Ice Age 2 is in the cinema, i also noticed that after the Ice Age movie or before there was a sneak preview of Ice Age 2 on ITV 1 the same night they shown ice age movie.

They will show something else next week.

They could easily show this movie in the morning because its an animation movie so its suitable for the whole family.
