Ican watch Windows Media Files on my XBox 360 using my wireless router.?

but how do I get to watch shows where the websites don't have you download them into WMA format, they only have them streaming? If you go to any major site, like NBC, ABC, CBS, etc...they have the shows, but not in Windows Media format. Is there a way to save/convert them or something?
