Hallo Turkisch language i900 omnia with Turkey's language

How to flash this files please?
I look for to put the Turkish language in my i900.

Put this .cab in the i900 and install it. After the i900 is turc!

this Language tool not working 100%, because if you go to Program Files on the Omnia you see nothing.
