i900 critical storage problem...

l am trying to change language for i900 but when l turn on the phone a notice appear on the screen.it says the storage is critacaly low but there is nothing in the phone storage.there is a big empty storage.l have tried to hard reset it 3 times but it is still same.is there anyone who has any idea about the solution????
 
i have the same problem with i900 and i900v and i don't know what i have to do .i try to resit and rentialis the phone but not work .even the thelephone memoir is empty.
