Greeting y'all,
A wierd thing just happend with me. A customer brought a Samsung i710 saying that the touch screen wasn't working perfectly. I turned on the phone and a security code was on. The customer doesn't know the code and I said that the only thing to do, was to reset the phone. He agreed and I did the hard reset procedure. I reseted it holding "ok" and "windows" key plus the reset button. After the reset memory message, the phone started to boot and now it's stuck at the windows mobile screen. I've tried to reset again, and still the same thing.
Any ideas to solve my problem? I really don't want to pay the guy a new phone.
