i600 orange wont enter qualcomm mode to unlock

i have a orange branded i600 and I cant get it to enter qualcom mode to use KK unlock software
have tried *#782782#

any ideas..., as i have credits with KK and dont want to waste my money.
 
yes, write about it to kk, it's their problem and they should give you support
