There heap people in this area and other area's are getting away Graffiti or vandalism. for example
at other councils (the person who reported it will be eligible to receive a reward of up to $5000
that want happen at other council
they give reward if we catch the person who Graffiti and vandalism.

Why can't we do the same in hear say for example we near a train station on weekend with no train
where young people are Graffiti on walls that on the tracks maybe the person who walk pass should take a quick photo or quick film on their phone so they can get caught faster as we don't know their names when we report them so they likely to get away again them if person caught maybe that person or his/her friends that were involve at time should get heaps hours of committee work cleaning Graffiti and dirty toilets and weeding around this area and big fines and if those people caught maybe the person who reports got the evidence to help police or council should be reward if people are reward for report and help it catch the person or his/her friend that were involve (i sure that people who Graffiti might have friends at the time) it they know that people can be reward out in hear i sure lots of people will think twice before their Acton's As they know the chance of getting caught for them will be big.
