I am fairly strong, not very flexible, not grealty fast. I swim and play footballl (soccer) and i used to to MMA, but i didnt get into it. What would be a good sport for me to get into. I like sports where the adreneline gets pumping.
Wrestling. Since you're strong and have somewhat endurance from soccer. You'll gain speed as you practice, don't worry. Wrestling will get your adrenaline going apeshit just stepping on the mat before a match.
