...Chengdu. Any recommendations? I've seen an ad for a week long course with English translation through 'Cooking schools in china'. It's a very nice course, but I was hoping to find something a -bit- cheaper. I was planning to stay for 15 days. Chengdu, Xian, and Beijing are all places I would love to go, so if anyone has a recommendation, That would be great.
