i would like to open a strip club in twentynine palms, requirements?

iv been doing a lot of research online and I understand i need a sexually oriented business license and a business license as well but as far as everything else thats where it gets shady. Do i need a lawyer for this? if so where and what type would be the helpful? where do i even start? Do i need to have the property already before i can apply? any and all RELEVANT info would be greatly appreciated.
