I am thinking of a 3'by3' square with a broom handle opening so I can use a broom handle to lift it up and down. Any Ideas on how to make one? I have seen nothing on the web. I want to do a stippling effect with a couple of colors in the concrete color family so that it wont be so obvious if it wears away.

actuallu I would like the hole for the broom handle NOT to be at an angle---it would make it harder to stipple that way...are there brushes made with a hole that goes straight up and down?
