...seeing the brides gown? is it bad luck for the groom to see the dress ON the bride before the wedding? OR is bad luck for him to see the dress at all before the wedding? i recently purchased my gown and i was showing a pic of it to my daughters friend when she announced that she couldn't come to my wedding b/c it was the same dress she was getting for her wedding and she didn't want her fiance' to see it b/c it was bad luck. i told her it wasn't b/c while my dress is the same style it is a different color plus the fact that she wasn't wearing it. she is going nuts declaring to everyone that her wedding is ruined!! can anyone please clarify this whole superstition thing so this girl can calm down? thanx
