I would like to know if i would be breaking the law by sunbathing naked in my back

garden. Advise please.? I have a large hedge at one side of the garden and a high fence at the other. If i ask my neighbours if they mind me doing it then i suppose that would make them more likely to look over into my garden. Nakedness is our natural state and i have a sense of freedom being without clothing.

No problem if you are not overlooked by anyone. In your case, i'm not too sure. Legally, if there is any possibiity of someone seeing you naked, you are at risk of being charged for inappropriate behaviour. and you may incur a penalty. The thing is that your views, however sincere, may not be acceptable in law...
