don't want to start? it is not the battery and the engine is turning it just don't want to start
 
you have trapped the crankshaft position sensor wiring loom in between the gearbox and engine.
98% sure.
 
So many possibles here. You have to ensure that the engine is getting spark at the right time to air and fuel in the correct quantities. Go from there and see if you can narrow it down a bit more.
 
You have to check all fuses related to brakes, clutch switches, cuise control, may you have to go under the car looking for loose connections to the engine or transmission.
If everything is oky..
Check this..
Do the dash lights come on telling you its working even when not?
Does the horn work correct?
Does the air bag light stay on?
