I would like to buy a large scale RC helicopter. Would like to fly it outdoors

80 feet high or better.? I am planning on mounting a camera to it for capturing high resolution pictures and streaming low resolution video to the ground. Need it to have enough power to carry the payload and be fairly stable that high. Any ideas?
