I am temporarily living in a semi-rural area of Florida, and I am currently unemployed. I am an excellent vegan cook, though I have no professional training at this point. There are not many opportunities for me to train, work, or even apprentice with a vegan establishment, because there are really none here - hence an untapped market. I would like to find a client (maybe two or three!), a person who would like me to come into their home and plan/cook vegan food for them. I would love folks reading this to share ideas about how to get such a venture started...thanks!
