Hello, I'm interested in going vegetarian or vegan, I've vegetarian before but I have a lot of food allergies that get in the way. My food allergies are; eggs (I can eat them in baking though), wheat, soy, barley, rye, scallops, haddock, cod, salmon, clams, lobster, chicken, cabbage, maple, and I'm lactose intolerant. I believe that's it, though I think I'm missing something. Would anyone be able to help me find a way to be vegetarian and still live? Thank you!
