I would cook a Vegatable called Green's in England?

Does anybody know if I can found it in the United States. We would have it for Dinner as a side dish
 
Collard greens and mustard greens cooked with a ham bone...I am in heaven. Easily found year round at any supermarket. It would defiantly be a side dish. I like a cream sauce to go on top as well...yum.
