I work out hard and wrestle daily, how much sleep do i need to nurture my

growing muscles? I get at it pretty hard in workouts everyday. And I have wrestling practice after school. I was wondering how much sleep I need for my muscles to recover? I weigh 165 pounds and I'm 16 if that factors into the equation.
 
aim for nine, eight is okay

make sure you aren't working the same muscles everyday when you workout, they need a day of recovery to grow. Working them every day is counter productive. I suggest upper body one day, lower body the next and abs every day
