I wore a pair of sandels and now i have this weird bump on my foot kind of like a

blister but its hard.? what is it and how do i get rid of it. the bump is in the top middle of one of my middle toes where it rubbed up against the fabric. its been a month and its still there
 
I always get these on the backs of my ankles when I buy new shoes.

I promise you they do go away, it just takes a while.

Eventually it'll just shrink to a red mark, no bump, and then it'll disappear altogether.

Not wearing the same shoes for a while helps it, or try covering it will a plaster so it doesn't rub.
 
It's most likely just a bump from the skin being irritated, but if it is rough & lifts up from the skin it could be a corn. If so, go to your local drug store, you can pick up bandages that medicate the corn.
