in short, driver problem, only way to delete a driver is by a restore, so a complete OS restore,
afterwords, i knew PS relied on my serial in the REG. but i tried to run it anyway,
got an error saying to restart my computer and then call customer support if it still doesn't work
(error#:147:20 licensing for this product has expired)
so i restart, just to test, didn't work, tested after effects, no go either, same error,
so i erased PS and all components,
then downloaded the trial (so i could just enter the serial, i lost the disc YEARS ago)
installed as trial (didn't want to try and find my serial before it was needed) and... same error still.
repeated that 3 times, restarting between each one to test.
Still no-go.
i don't get my money, until i have the goods, and i didn't get to finish/convert my PSD files to jpeg, so i need this ASAP.
so, what do i need to do (short of re-build my registry, i am doing that, but it will take me too long)?
please have a detailed explanation
(i know quite a bit about computers, but you guys sometimes amaze me)
on what to do.
please and thanks
