i will SNAP! if i dont get this bluetooth on?

ok so i asked this question earlier on and got no answers so thought id ask again ... so i went to control panel ''bluetooth devices'' i clicked on bluetooth settings and nothings coming on? it doesnt come on for me ..
i had a diff laptop last year and bluetooth came on straight away .. maybe its just acer being crap as always
