i went to tmobile today

But the rep who I talked to was a complete jerk and asked me if I was buying it today. I told him I just wanted to see it ill like it(which I do). Just wanted to see which one I want more so he refused to let me see it. Told me why because I wasn't buying it today.

So I asked him if I had to have BB BIS service to use the WiFi. All I wanted was email and only use the internet at home on my wifi network. So he told me that it won't work and its impossible and I have to get BIS service. It seems as he wasn't trained well enough, but I knew he was wrong and had no clue what he was talking about.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~he just wanted to make a sale he wasn't worried about the customers he probably won't be there too much longer

So r you saying that you do want to check emails on it???? and use the wifi? or just use the wifi and no email usage. lol i'm a tad confused. If you do want to use it for email you have to have BIS. Or am i missing something here

I would agree and say pick a different store. No need to deal with that kind of crap.

In fact, before I bought my Pearl, the girl helping me gave me her personal Pearl so I could take it outside and make a couple of calls on it an check out the call quality. Nice!

You can find a good rep somewhere.

Yea probably so and he was a Retail Manager to boot as well. I know that you don't need BIS for WiFi and but it was just wrong. To say that it will not work with out the BIS service and such.. another person looking just for a sale... tsk tsk tsk

What i was trying to judge is their knowledge to see if they knew if you can JUST get email add on and use wifi only at home. But he was trying to me that I have to have BIS to use WiFi along with the whole Email and internet for the Curve..

Nope it was a kiosk T-mobile store in the mall, and it's the real deal too. But it's all good though when I get my curve i will head to another location where my girlfriend got her Pearl at. The rep gave us 50 discount plus the rebate but he got her on the 1gb and case for the make up for dropping the price to 99.99 for the pearl.

Definitely he did failed to succeed in his sales pitch he just wanted me to leave after i forced his hand to lemme see the Titanium curve. I had the money in the hand too buy it right out, but now I'll just go to my friend at another T-mobz and give him the commission instead.

i would of just laughed at him and said "You suck at customer service"

This is OT, but a car saleman did that to me when i walked into a Bentley dealership...Came back 2 days later and saw same guy and walked past him to another salesman and wrote a check for 75k down on a Flying Spur....

Then I took the keys over to the same salesman who would not help me and asked him if he could spray some air freshner in there and take out the paper floor mats..hahaha...then i reminded his 40+ yr old *** that I am only 26....hopped in the car and waved Bye...

PRICELESS......

You guys are kind of tools for just going back to a store to rub it in a different salespersons face. What you probably do not realize is that if you previously spoke to one salesperson before, they will still get some commission off of your sale. So you really aren't "sticking it to the man".

First off, I didnt go back to rub it into his face. i went back few days later to the store and bought the car from another salesman.

When I left with my new car, thats when i rubbed it in his face. By making him do his due diligence?? HAHA

And what you didnt realize is, I never took his biz card nor told anyone i spoke with him about it previously at the dealership. I made sure of it. How would he get the sale for denying to even speak with me? Wow, let me get on that pay scale.

So yea you must be a tool that this has happened to before.
