I been having sex (used condom) and I really don't want my parents to know. BTW I AM 20. I went because I have been having abdominal pain in the left side and sometimes all around my lower belly area. I went to the doctors because I took two home pregnancy test but they both came back negative and they didnt seem accurate enough. I took one at night and one in the morning. Well anyways my dad works at the hospital and I was wondering if the pregnancy test will show up on his billing record or just the blood and urine test will show up???? When I came out of the doctors office my parents were questioning why the doctor wanted to give me a blood and urine test and I told them that she just wanted to see if anything abnormal was wrong with me. My mom and I have a good relationship but I still cannot talk to her about sex. My mom noticed that my urine was yellow when I came out of the restroom and she said I may have a infection. Well anyways I was happy that she stopped being suspcious about what the doctor ordered and what I said. I been waiting on my results for about a few days, tomorrow I hope it comes. I was asleep and when I woke up my mom said she had called and told me that my results were not in yet and I thought she just called the doctor. It turns out theres this number she didnt give it to me, I found it and called it and you can easily put your medical card number and your birth date and your results are given! What happen to patient confidentiality??? Lucky for me when my mom called and my results were not in yet!
