Quite possibly. You should go and try a pregnantcy test again to double check to see if you are negative and if you are go to the NHS.

if you are not 100% sure then i would suggest going back to the dr's and asking

I think that you're not pregnant any more. If you want a medical opinion, I respectfully suggest that you consult your physician. I get into a lot of problems when I start to practice law and medicine.

Which kind of test was negative? If it was a blood test, then you probably aren't pregnant. They are almost 100% accurate. You may have had what is called a "chemical pregnancy", which is a very early miscarriage. (http://www.ourmiscarriage.com/chemical_pregnancy.html)
