...back negative? they said it was urethritis I googled what that was and it is linked to chlamydia I haven't cheated and I dont think she has cheated the nurse said it could come from if your havin sex and the penis touches the anus is that true
 
Yes, urethritis is simply an infection- or rather the effects of an infection, not necessarily one usually identified as an STD. As for the link to Chlamydia, IF Chlamydia was a factor (it's been ruled out by your Dr.) then Chlamydia could cause urethritis but so could bacteria from the anal area or from anywhere else for that matter.
