i went to jail 4 domestic vilonces and do i stay with my wife?

i work 4 CCSD and when i went in i got suspend with out pay 4 two weeks and i basiculy got a second change . anyway she hit me then i reacted but she wants to be with me but me i want to but idk cuz i cant have that happen again cuz ill lose my job and ill go back to jail 4 longer time
so what should i do please help and we also have a 7 month baby boy togather. thank you 4 ur time !!
 
Should be an easy decision.
You stay with her, you go to jail, you lose all rights to your baby.
You leave her, you keep your job, you get to see your baby.
Take some anger management classes through your EAP too, cause you're only going to ruin that baby's life with behavior like that! I have a 14 year old who just attempted suicide because of his Dad abusing his Step Mom, with him standing there watching. Grow up and be a Dad!
 
i dont think it would be a wise decision if she cant control her anger and neither can you then that could cause problems again but if you are confident that it wont happen again then go for it try to make it work .....but if you feel its going to end up the same walk away from her but not your child

time off can help you answer your quetion. and you attend your family therapy sessions, take her along. maybe that can help. good luck to you
