14MPG. They denied me due to? Auto dealership had denied me due to credit a poor score Mine was only 597 and they denied me and I told them whats up with "Cash for Clunkers" it seen that is for great credit score people only to get "Cash for Clunkers" program. its not fair. Is there anything I can find a way to get "Cash for Clunkers" program to have me a new car with a better gas-mileage?
 
The cash for clunkers does not guarantee that you can qualify for a new car loan. Two separate issues.

Cash for clunkers will help increase the value of your trade in (if it is worth more than $4500 then the deal isn't for you).

The loan that you ask for would definitely be dependent on your calculated ability (credit score) to repay.
