Yep, so i didn't plan on this, but me and my buddies were going camping and we took a wrong turn and ended up going up a really rocky and icy trail, i heard a lot of scrapes and bumps when on that trail... when i got off i was low on fuel and the car started making low humming sounds... its mainly bet. 2-2.6 rpm when it starts and stops before and after it... i checked the gas tank, there were no holes... its sounds like a rumble either in my engine or my undercarriage... what could be some possible problems? Its a 02 honda civic lx

Did you thoroughly inspect the exhaust system for any damage? also, check your converter for a loose connection.... you might need a quick trip to the body shop for an minor (usually free) inspection - just let them get it up on the lift so they can see if anything catches their eye....

GOOD LUCK!

well first of all you shouldn't have taken a civic camping in the first place, all the scrapping was the underside of the car hitting rocks and the ground, but the problem could be almost anything, could be a motor mount(s) thats bad, but you should take it to a good mechanic and get them to look it over to fix the problem and look over things that could have also been messed up
