i was wondering if there is such thing as a car integrated computer?

like i know there is computers that is just a pc in your dash but i was wondering if they have ones that could show your hp how much gas you have and other crazy technologies that are actually integrated into the car. if there is such things a link would be greatly appreciated. maybe even like gauges on the screen something like that
