cooking does not exceed 450 degrees? I am registering for my bridal shower and I do not know of any Green Ware, Eco-friendly Pots and Pans? Various department store consultants informed me that I do not need green ware cook ware because I will not be cooking at temperatures over 450 degrees. This rule only applies to professional chefs. Is this true? What brands do you recommend if you know of any? Thank you!
