husbands lawyer has? Mailed me the papers a few times and I still just ignored them. I haven't heard anything about it since June. Will I receive papers in the mail telling me that the divorce is final? I'm in PA if that makes a difference.
I'm scared that I won't be able to handle the ending of our marriage. I just can't bring myself to sign them!
Will I get a paper telling me when the court date is?

If you want to know, call his lawyer. Or the county court house. Or your STBX.

If you want to know for sure, sign the papers.

Would you like to tell us why you didn't sign them? (If not, that's okay!)

Why wouldn't you just sign them and not have to wonder? Why would you keep getting these in the mail as a reminder of your failed marriage? Sign them and get him out of your life.

I doubt after they go through all of the trouble to notify you with no response several times. Then proceed to obtain the divorce. Once granted without your cooperation; why would the attorney's office waste time and postage sending you a copy of the record to a non existing address for you. Contact the court house "Clerk of Courts" in the state in which the divorce is finalized and you can obtain a copy of the record .
