It was from dec 2001, since then i have been incarcerated and put on probation, the probation took place in the same county and the incarceration in the same state, what i dont understand is why it wasnt brought up earlier, if it would have been i could have had it ran cucurrent with the other charges, the other thing is it was apparenlty a stolen ck deposited in an account that wasnt even mine, please help
i was served today with a warrant that was over nine years old.?
