I was riding my bicycle at around 10:30 last night on an unlit road. I had a black hoodie on and a dark blue pair of jeans (all dark colours) and my bicycle had no lights (nobody puts lights on they're bikes and you'd just get laughed at for doing so). All of a sudden this car going at 15mph (it was in a 30mph zone) crashed into me. I was thrown of my bicycle and landed on the ground. I a few bruises and cuts and a sprained wrist and was sore for a few days. Can I sue them for careless driving, damaging my bicycle and pain and suffering?
